Sadia and Mohamad Hindi connect Brazil and Qatar in a new project

Sadia and Mohamad Hindi connect Brazil and Qatar

The webseries “Receitas do Mundo”, a partnership between Sadia and Globo in the project “Tem Sabor”, has new episodes on the air. Commanded by influencer and chef Mohamad Hindi, the most recent videos bring preparation inspired by Qatar, home of the national football championship; and another snack that is a symbol of Brazil and will help to kill the fans’ #hungerHexa. All recipes are available on the Recipes YouTube channel, as well as on Sadia’s Recipes Hub, which offers a special menu of dishes for those who want to gather friends and family to watch the games.

To establish a bridge between two countries with such different cuisines, Mohamad bets on succulence and spices, common elements – even if to different degrees – in Qatari and Brazilian dishes. The dish chosen for the hosts was Majboos, prepared with rice and chicken that takes different spices, such as mustard seed, coriander in seeds and leaves, parsley, black and allspice peppers, cumin, honey, lemon and sweet paprika. .

The cut of chicken chosen to accompany it was Sobrecoxa Sadia Bio, a line that has as its differential the certification of the well-being of the birds, raised in carefully selected family farms, 100% vegetable feed, free of antibiotics and other performance enhancers, guaranteeing much more flavor and quality to the cuts.

In another episode, Brazil is honored by Sadia and Mohamad Hindi with a new version of what is a symbol of national cuisine: the coxinha! The snack, which conquered Brazilians and also helped consolidate the country’s gastronomy around the world, gains a new filling option, with Sadia shredded pork tenderloin. Mohamad takes advantage of the succulence and versatility of the cut, in addition to the safety and reliability that Sadia products have, to enhance the preparation with seasonings that bring a new flavor and give an “up” to the snack.

Conducted in partnership with Globo and Africa, the webseries will also travel to two more countries until December, explaining the differences between typical dishes from traditional countries in the tournament. The partnership reinforces the variety of Sadia products and encourages consumers to venture into the kitchen, showing new preparation options, tips for increments and accompaniments; telling a little about the history of popular dishes of national and world cuisine.

For those who want to know more recipe options, Sadia has a dedicated channel on the Recipes.com portal, in addition to the brand’s Recipes Hub – now in a new version, with intuitive buttons, an updated search system with more than 700 preparation options and weekly menu tips, indicating dishes for all situations that ask for Sadia. For those who want to see all of Mohamad Hindi’s content with Sadia on Recipes, you can access it directly on Youtube.
