With Alexa and Google Assistant, the brand launches the “Baden Baden Home Bar” campaign, which seeks to offer new experiences to consumers
Baden Baden wants to use the technology of virtual assistants like Amazon’s Alexa and Google Assistant to provide new experiences for its consumers, offering tips and content on pairing dishes and tasting.
The initiative was called “Baden Baden Home Bar” and can be activated with the voice command “Talk to Baden Baden”. When choosing the beer style in the portfolio, consumers receive suggestions from Baden Baden’s virtual assistant, available on Echo Dot and Google Nest devices, in addition to versions for Android and IOS. The action can also be experienced at the brand’s factory in Campos do Jordão, in São Paulo.
“We believe that technology can help a lot to bring our consumers closer together and being a pioneer in this project is extremely important for Baden Baden. More than that, our main objective is to be able to provide an immersion in the brand’s universe in an interactive way, contributing at the time of purchase and at the moment with friends and family”, says Lucas Pires, marketing manager of the Heineken group.
